History: Products for mass-spectrometry and chromato-mass-spectrometry
It is pity but work in this field was stopped in 1993, because MS/GCMS instruments are too expensive for generic customers, and does not have applications because of that ...The Figure shows chromato-mass spectrum of chlor- fluor- hydrocarbons (freons), acquired using our GC/MS. This GC/MS was built using standard soviet instruments (GC LXM-8 !!! and quadrupole mass-spectrometer MX-7304 made in city of Sumy). Acquisition was done using LabMSA software (which were the prototype of UniChrom) and using ADC/DAC board, made in our Lab (1113PV2 и 1113PA2 - 16bit ADC and DAC made in city of Riga). The last instance of that board probably somewhere in Novosibirsk. In 5 minutes 80 mass-spectra were acquired, it was possible faster but PC was short of memory.
